Hi, does your washer make a banging noise during the spin cycle, almost like it’s having trouble balancing the load? Also, have you tried replacing the suspension rods yet?

If not, I would start by checking the suspension rods for wear or weakness. Push down on the basket and release it—if it bounces several times or feels loose, the suspension rods may need to be replaced.

No, no banging sounds and the suspension rods feel good. One bounce and the tub stabilizes.

New info: washer works perfectly on delicate cycle.
