my washer spins but does not drain and im completely in the dark about repairing anything about a washer . PLEASE HELP !
I cannot get your model number to come up, but it sounds like there is a blockage in the hose leading from the tub to the pump or in the pump itself.
You will need to remove the cabinet to get to it, but if you are unsure about working on the machine I suggest you contact a reputable repair service. If it is just a blockage the only cost will be the service call.
