washer does not spin or agitate

i have checked and the fuses but still will not spin or agitate

Does the motor run?

Watch the status LED on top of the motor, bellow the inverter and post the results.

do not see LED what dos it look like also what does inverter look like?

The inverter is located on top of the motor.

Hopefully the attached picture will help you to locate the LED.
