Washer gets unbalanced in spin cycle. Appears to have lost three bolts that are gold about three inches long that have small holes in the end of them. Two fell into plastic keepers made for catches I suppose. No one in the parts department can tell me what they are or how they are suppose to go. I think they are there in order to keep the frame balanced. Would appreciate any help you could give.

I think the reason that you have not received a reply is that we don’t know about the parts either.
I would recommend you take off the cabinet and inspect the suspension springs. If they look like a problem, replace them. If the tub can be moved easily, I would also replace them as sometimes they are a problem even if they do not look like a problem. It is a very easy and inexpensive way to either fix or eliminate a problem.
