Samsung washer does not dispense fabric softener and keeps water in fabric softener and bleach compartments. Dispenser is clean and washer appears to be level.
Also on the spin cycle washer spins too fast and vibrates.
Are these 2 problems related or separate? What should be checked?
Your fabric softener not dispensing may be due to the cold water valve not opening. You will notice it has three valves. The one that sends water to the fabric softener might not be working.
