Wash machine will not fill

Main Symptom:Will not fill. Just puts in three quick shots of water then clicks. This is how its always works but normally after it clicks it will fill the basket with water continually until its at the desired water level.
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any):code #5, #7, #12 & #21
Parts or tests already tried: Code #5 Found shift motor open - straight forward

Codes #7, 12 & 21 - Ran test on pressure sensor built into main board pins # 2(signal) & 3(ground) and while in pressure sensor self test mode to verify its reporting the correct level and got no reading at all while washer was filling up with water. Checked for voltage at pin #1 (pwr) on pressure sensor and found no voltage. Proper voltage is coming into washer.
So does this mean I also need a new board? Is there something else I should check before condemning this board. Can a failed shift motor take out a board???

I’m going to attach the service manual for reference but if you have no power out of the board to the pressure switch and you have verified conductivity of the wire to the switch , then yes I would suspect the board

Thank you for your reply but it has left a little confused. There is no wire to the switch, its soldiered to the board with power coming into the switch from the board on pin #2. Is there such a thing as a circuit diagram for the board? I tried to trace the power on the board but unable to. I did view it for any cold solider joints but did not see any.

Sadly that is the extent of information I have available for that washer. If the pressure transducer is part of the board and it’s not getting power then i’m 95% sure it’s the board

Thanks for the reply, I am going to rerun the tests again as it appears the board is fairly expensive and not returnable. I am also going to pull the board again just to check for any bad solider joints that I can fix.
