Wash Cycle- Commercial Machine

I have a tenant of an apartment building calling and complaining about the owners machine (yeah, she is odd). We have gone out to look at the washer for the owner and repaired it for them.

The tenant called and said the machine is not cleaning the cloths. She said the owner has gone to wash his cloths and finds the machine to be doing a satisfactory job.

She says the machine used to fill all the way to the top on the rinse cycle. I believe she is wrong..

Anyone know?
Help.. she is driving us crazy!! We think she is crazy, and we have no idea why she is watching the washer so closely.

PS-- this is an apartment building with 20 tenant.. she is the ONLY ONE complaining..

Model number???

Model is CAM2742TQ2

Yes, that model has a separate water level pressure switch for the rinse cycle and does a limited fill level during the rinse cycle.

The lady swears it always used to fill to the top..

Not unless someone with knowledge has been messing around inside the control panel. This washer does have a feature connector that allows bypassing the low rinse level for use outside the U.S. The water restriction is a U.S. government regulation.
