Is there suppost to be water in the top and bottom of the basket P/N [COLOR=#000080]AP4501393[/COLOR] in my whirlpool? When machine is trying to spin out it gets off balanced.
I would open it up and clean out the drain pump and the internal drain hoses. That might be your problem. If the drain pump is working when it is supposed to then it sounds like something, like debris, is keeping it from fully draining.
