The base of this machine runs well but when the drive coupling is engaged with the blending assembly the machine shakes violently. It is unsafe to use. I think maybe the coupling is bent or I somehow installed the blade assembly incorrectly. I tried to remove the drive coupling by wrenching it off. Is it left hand threaded on to the drive shaft or am I mistaken?? Will not budge??
Any Ideas or hints would be appreciated.
