My viking bottom freezer door does not close level. I just replaced the freezer gasket and there is still frost and water collecting on the top of the freezer door gasket. Also I noticed that when I close the refridgeator door the freezer door pops open a little.
If you installed it properly, duck tape the freezer door shut overnight, should be fine in the morning.
