Viking Refridgerator temp control issue

My fridge has starting having temperature control issues. It will freeze up and then the defrost cycle will kick in and melt everything. Its like a thermostat is bad or a control board is bad.

A repair person from another state told me to replace all the system boards, there are three. Seems like shooting in the dark.

Anyone with suggestions on what component may be the culprit?

Any advise would be appreciated, hard finding some to work on Viking in my town.

More information my fridge and freezer seem to be running until there get too cold. The temp indicator for both is as cold as it can read and at some point I get a three ding alarm and the compressor cuts off.

Is there a temp probs for fridge and freezer? A control board that could be bad that regulates temperature?

Any help suggestions would be appreciated.
