Repairman just left the house and said my large oven on a Viking 48" duel fuel Pofessional range is now essentially garbage because it needs a 8 postion relay switch that is no longer available. I am gobsmacked. Any suggestions for finding the part or substitue would be greatly appreciated. Part Number PJ030001. Thanks, John
Might create a search on ebay, so if one shows up, it will let you know. Or do a search of sold ones and ask the sellers if they might have another.
If you could live with just baking or just convection baking, you could by-pass the broken switch and just run one function.
