This is a Viking oven that can’t reach a desired temperature. The 2 burners go on but seemingly after reaching a certain temperature, shut off.
I can’t find a manual for this oven. Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong.

It’s hard to say what is wrong without a proper technical documentation. Unfortunately Viking keeps it as a top secret.
