Viking 36" Oven / Range - Oven Function

I live in Mexico and Viking service is not available.
Have a 36" Viking oven / range, MOD # VDSC3654 GSS.
Oven function selector knob dosen’t work. Turn to BAKE, the indicator light does NOT light and the broiler coil gets slightly warm - no other heat. In CONVECTION selection the convection fan comes on - but no heat.
Turning thermastat selection knob and the indicator light comes on - but no heat

Is the problem in the selector knob or the electronic board?

My suspition is the electronic control board has a problem - where can I buyy a replacement

Not much choice - just Viking itself.

There is a relay behind the toe kick on the right side. I’d start there.

Preheat board would be check 2, simple relay board easy to verify fault.
