Look at the gasket at the bottom, closest to the hinge. Is it bunched up or deformed? Does the door look like it is sagging? These are some things to look at. If the gasket is deformed, replace it. If it is sagging, there may too much weight in the door and you may need to replace the hinge at the bottom.
Replaced gasket, but does not seal at bottom and on the lower (handle side) of door.
