Update shaking again

About 3 or 4 months ago I replaed the motor, the clutch, the hub piece, and the agitator. It recently started shaking again. I tightened down the center hub piece beneath the agitator but the spin cycles are still loud and shaky. Could it be that the new parts wore out the suspension rods?
