I have to replace my soap dispenser #AP4113751 and I can’t remove the plug. Am I doing it wrong or is there a trick to it. I don’t want to damage it.

I don’t thing there are any tricks on how to remove the plug. You can try to use the flat screwdriver to lever it off.
