We have a kitchenaid under the counter ice maker…I am trying to run the cleaning cycle but when I push the cleaning button the cleaning light does not come on and it does not clean…any suggestions?
It would help if you could list a model number Kim… If this model is similar to the whirlpool model then it would only operate the water pump during the cleaning cycle and you would have to fill the reservoir with ice machine cleaner mixed with water and rinse accordingly as outlined in the user manual…
When I came in yesterday morning I turned on the cleaning cycle and it worked…go figure! Anyway thanks for the reply.:o
