A cone piece is unattached and we do not know where it goes. The dishes are getting clean but the bottom and door of diswaher are dirty from debris. The cone is 8" long , is tapered, light green. Can you help us?
If you are talking about the wash tower
then this part should be attached to the lower dish rack, in the center of the dish rack right above the pump cap.
