Main Symptom:Programming issue with new board
**What happens & when:**I’m working on GE washer GTW585BSVWS. Installed new board WH22X35757 then went to programming link supplied on card. Followed instructions and am unable to program new board. All lights are flashing but nothing is displayed on led panel. When I push start all lights go out and remain out unless I unplug machine and then plug it back in. Lights all begin flashing again after plugged back in.
