Turntable not working with "load"

Main Symptom: Turntable not working properly

What happens & when: Turntable turns when glass tray is removed. I replaced the motor with one I ordered some time ago. At that time it started working so never put new one in. I have tried both and same issue. Trys to turn with glass tray installed but just jerks.

Parts or tests already tried: Turntable motor replaced.

Hey Marylyn, either the support is stripped and not making good contact with the motor gear, or the motor is bad. There is nothing else in that drive chain.
