What happens & when:when burner and temp selected, you can hear relays clicking–sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. cant seem to operate two burners at same time

This issue is likely in the controls as this does not have infinite switches, it has electronics. The board nearest the glass top is WB27T10893, and the second board is WB23T10024.
Unfortunately, it being erratic, it could be either board.

Thanks for your thoughts. The boards were titled relay board and control board. Since I now hear relays for the first time ever, the relay board was my first assumption but then i considered it may be a current draw issue–hence cant operate multiple burners at same time
