Trouble installing new motor

Main Symptom: Wont start
What happens & when:AfterI Installed the new motor I get nothing. Seems like a safety is open.The paperwork that came with the motor states that the thermal overload on the new motor is different from the old motor but it also says that if the plug is the same you should be able to plug it in and go. The pictures that are on the paperwork are not good and I cannot tell if I need to move the wire from the overload protector or not. Can you help with this?

I guess you have the old style motor switch?See if this better!

Thank you those pictures are much clearer. The new and old motors have the same connections and pluggable switch. Do I have to do something with the blue wire that comes off the belt switch?
