Main Symptom:Ram did not reverse
What happens & when:When the ram went down it did not reverse. It pushed down on the stops an flared both of them about a third up from the bottom. It also broke the drive gear and the screw drive rod on one side came up high enough to punch a hole in the top of the ram. I have checked the directional switch at the top and it checks good at all terminals. What is my next step. The motor runs without the drive gear.
