Touch Screen Control Panel does not respond to touch

Please help the control panel does not respond to touch. The buttons below for the fan, vent , and light are operable but I cannot use the microwave. The screen is on and I can see all the features however it does not respond when I try to press. Thank You !

Unplug the microwave for a few minutes and than plug it back. If it would not help, replace the control panel.
