Sometimes the dishwasher gets stuck in 4H mode, other times when I can get it to run a normal cycle, the time remaining has 2 dashes and the normal cycle light is lit. After chatting with one of your tech last night, they suggested either the Electronic Control board or the touch panel need to be replaced. She also suggested to hit normal wash, heated dry three times. When I did this all the light lite up and d3 showed in the time remaining area, the d3 changed to 16 and it ran the 16 minute cycle but went right back to the 2 dashes. Is there a way to tell which board should be replaced? Thanks!

Since it is doing a lot of weird things, it looks like a control board problem.
The tech sheet does have the pin-outs for the keys so you could check them.
It is always a bit of a crap shoot as to which part should be replaced unless you can find something specific to one of the assemblies that is causing the problem.
