Our fridge has been freezing all the food on the top shelf for about 4 years now. (I know 4 years is a long time!) It only does this in the humid summer months, never in the winter. We have cleaned it several times but never attempted to fix it. Now I am fed up. The only things we can notice is a possible faulty seal on the freezer door. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Measure the freezer back wall temperature and post, your freezer may be way too cold, if so, adjust freezer control for a warmer freezer.
