What is the cause? Was it a bad or failed bearing replacement?
Sadly those Cabrio style unit are notorious for bearing problems. Plus the changing procedure is so involved and complicated that its easy yo get something out of place. That sounds like either a lower bearing at the direct drive motor or possibly the basket block area.
