When selecting delicate cycle for agitator speed, it won’t slow it down to gentle cycle speed. The agitator speed uses the regular cycle speed for both selections (regular or gentle). Please advise as to what could be wrong or what part might need replacing. Everything else works. 
It sounds like a bad speed selector switch.
