"Too Hot" on a GE Monogram

Main Symptom:”Too Hot” Message
What happens & when: My wife will cook something at 350F for, say 20 minutes. She goes to broil the item. The broiler does not turn on and the message “Too Hot” appears on the screen. Tested the temperature sensor - Perfect 1080 ohms. Where do I go from here?

Error Code (if any):No error code. Just Too Hot message
Parts or tests already tried:Tested the Temperature Sensor. Perfect 1080 ohms.

With this issue, the most common cause if the sensor is good would be a faulty relay control board.
