Broken Switch Cover
It broke
So my question is after disassembly of the above unit, I realize the slide switch “cap” or cover broke probably because the switch is a little stiff after 40 years of cooking underneath it! That being said, I am in the process of getting the replacement cover 3D printed, and before I install it, I am wondering what the group would use to clean/free up the sticky slide switch? I was thinking maybe a CRC Electrical cleaner from the auto parts store, but then I thought that might be a tad to aggressive. Thoughts?
