Thermador range sparking continuously

 My Thermador rangetop sparks continuously… nonstop, all-the-time. Sparks when the burners are lit and also when all the burners are completely off.

However, I can stop the sparking if I light the Rear/Middle burner (a non-XLO burner). When I have this R/M burner lit, all other burners light normally (including the XLO burners). Once I turn off the R/M burner, the sparking resumes even with other burners operating.

I have not observed any spark shorts, all the ceramics have been cleaned are are not cracked and the spark is strong.

I am scratching my  head. Any ideas from the PartsPros?

Check the spark switch for this “Rear/Middle” burner (#164B on the diagram).

Gene. Thank you for the advice. I believe the switches are behind the control valves. However, I am not sure how to get to them. Do I need to disassemble the front panel? Or can I get to the back of the panel from the top somehow?

You do have to remove the control panel to access the switches. The instructions are attached to the reply.
