Thermador oven/control panel not working

My Thermador rdds30vrs oven will not work. Range works fine. Oven light turns on, clock works. Every time I press any of the buttons on control panel, “off” comes on display for 5 seconds, then goes away. None of the buttons work. What do I do?.

Sounds like someone accidentally programmed a “lockout” program for the oven.

Or maybe a bad ERC(clock/control).

You may have to get your User’s Manaual out and recheck how to reset the lockout mode.

Does anyone know how to get at the control panel on a Thermador RDDS30VRS Stove.

Is there a Service Manual on this site to look at? My control panel (manu. part#486752) is going dim
