Thermador double oven no heat

Mother board aka main control panel was replaced 6 months ago due to no visual display. Now, nothing with heat works. Both ovens, convection, cleaning…no heat. The first time I tried to reboot…turned oven off at the breaker for 30 minutes. It then came on and arrived at a set temperature. Next time, that trick failed again and again. looking at thermador “fixing kit” part # 434189. Any suggestions?

Did they both go out at the same time? Do the fans turn on? This oven uses airswitches to energize a stalled fan relay. If these switches don’t close the unit will not heat up at all. There’s one switch per oven, so if switch in one oven fails to close the other oven should still work.
Have you self cleaned the ovens? There’s a part called a high temp cutout that can open during cleaning. Once again, there’s one per oven, so if only one went bad, the other oven should be okay.
If they both went out at the same time, you may have a bad relay board, part number 492069.

I cleaned the oven and now the bottom won’t heat. How do you repair or reset the high temp cutout? Thanks.

Hello,
First, please turn your breaker off before accessing the HTC. The HTC is located to the left of the door latch assembly. To access it, you’ll need to remove the two screws from the center of the trim piece and pull the trim piece off. The ends are secured with ball studs that will unsnap. The HTC has a button on top of it - push this button and it should reset.

Found it, (but before I got the advice on the breaker) and it’s fixed. Thank you very much!
