the evaprator fan and the control board are replaced. the issue is not resolved.

sorry. correction- after the replacement of evaprator fan and control board, the temp changes to 20 but not 10. the fan still not work. could this be an icemaker issue?

When checking the fan operation, is this with the door sensing switch activated or not? Also, is the evaporator frost pattern in the picture what it looks like after the compressor runs for 30 minutes or so?
