The control panel is not lighting up as it used to.

No fan noise is apparent.

Do the compressor and fans operate? If they do, what temperature is the freezer reaching and does the compressor operate almost non-stop?

the temperature of the freezer is way above freezing. The compressor is not on. The fan is working. The coils were moderately dirty.

If you access the main control and press the button shown in this image one time, does the compressor and fans all kick on properly? If it does turn everything on properly, there are some tests we can do with a multimeter to see if there is a sensor issue or a control issue.
