suspension rods and springs

Washer making “thumping” sound when agitating. took it apart and found the sound was coming from back right suspension rod socket at the holder…put some grease on the socket rod holder and its been quiet for 2 months. Now its back. Should I replace the holder or the spring assembly? and if I replace the back right must I replace the left side at the same time?

Hello . I believe I would, you know that it has caused the other side to have to carry more of the load , for the sake of another problem, I would replace them both. Check the color of the defective one there is two colors.
