Sub-Zero new model makes loud noise

I recently got delivery of Sub-Zero refrigerator. It works, but every time compressor finishes cooling cycle I hear a loud noise. Like something is dropping inside. It is mechanical, not electrical. It is loud enough to wake me up at night.

Technician said that since no error codes appeared, the system works as expected.

I had older version of Sub-Zero for 18 years without any issues. But this is a new model. Does anyone have similar problems?

What type of noise is occurring? Is it a loud gurgling or bubbling sound?
