I bought a used stove at a garage sale, they claimed it works fine. Only the 2 large burners work, the oven lock revolves constantly, the oven control panel doesn’t seem to work, the broiler element stay’s on constantly, and the bottom one won’t work at all. If I replace the oven control panel would this fix everything or should I just look for another one. It came from a house that was infested with roaches, as the control was covered in them. Please help 
The control board definitely has to be replaced but I do not think it would fix everything. Problems with the 2 top burners and the oven lock have nothing to do with the control board.
