Stops after wash cycle

I have a roper RAS7133KQO washing machine. The machine turns on the wash cycle, fills with water, agitates through the wash cycle and stops. The wash water does not pump out, the spin cycle does not turn, and the rinse cycle does not start. I have tried adjusting the knobs manually, that did not work. I put it on the rinse cycle, nothing happens. When it stops the moter does not spin so it doesn’t appear to be the belt and I checked that vissually. HELP

Most likely the problem is a bad lid switch (#11 on the diagram). You have to remove the washer cabinet to replace it.
