Stand alone kichenaid ice maker

Model Number: KUIX535HBS01
Main Symptom: Nothing works
What happens & when: I have tested voltage and main control board getting 120v and low voltage power is working but not sure if it is all correct without wiring diagram.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: replaced main control board and transformer.

I can’t get anything to function correctly and no obvious issues but one thing I am wondering about is the transformer says it should output 12vac and 9vac but I measure 58vac and 20vac on the output terminals of the transformer red and blue wires. This was the case for both transformers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you. I found that the drain pump was malfunctioning and causing weird voltage issues. I took the drain pump out and cleaned it and it’s working fine now.
