When the ice maker stops ejecting ice, is there 120 Volts AC at the icemaker when testing from the black wire to the white wire at the connection while the door switch is taped down and the bin sensors have a clear line of sight (flapper can be taped down at the edge)?

Yes, there is a consistent supply of 120 Volts AC.

If the freezer is maintaining less than 10 degrees, and if there is not a damaged wire at the door hinge, the failure would be in the ice maker. There are two ice makers used that are dependent on the two numbers at the end of the model number that was given.

If it ends in 00, the ice maker is - https://www.appliancepartspros.com/whirlpool-icemaker-w11744834-ap7250359.html

Great, thanks. Can’t seem to find the model number on the fridge but will try.

Usually, it can be found on the right wall, ceiling, or on a metal plate just below the door on the refrigerator side.

Many thanks, much appreciated.

These model numbers apply to my fridge, KBSD606ESS,KBSD602ESS, KBSD608ESS, KBSD608EBS. Not sure which one though.

Unfortunately, the last two numbers from the model tag are needed.

Ok, thanks. Will try.

Just a quick follow-up note. Found the model # KBSD608ESS01 and noticed the part is available but do you have an installation video associated with this part.

While this is for the cover, the following link can be used for reference in removing the ice maker. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPmJ791tBW0

Many thanks, much appreciated.
