Squirrel cage and surround broken again

I bought a Blomberg washer dryer combo and the dryer fan (squirrel cage) and surround were both broken.

I ordered and installed new parts yet in no time I have the same issue.

The filter is always in place, in good condition and I see no evidence of anything having gotten past the filter and into the fan.

How does this happen as it is getting expensive now?

Duncang92, thank you for your question. If the model number of your appliance could be provided, it may allow for the most accurate information to be presented. Generally speaking, when the unit is spinning out the clothes, is there abnormal knocking or any other abnormal noise occurring?
