Main Symptom: spin won’t go into high mode
What happens & when when the spin cycle starts as it goes faster and gets ready to kick in to the fast high mode it shuts down and restarts. It does this like 3 times and then stops. The clothes still have to much water left in them.

Most washers will not go into high speed spin if there is still water present in the tub. Do you hear the drain pump come on? does it pump all the water out?
Yes it pumps the water out
Check the belt, make sure the latch is locking the lid. Try running it without a load; an unbalanced load will do the same thing. It will go back and forth, trying to balance the load, and then time out.
