I have a top load speed queen washer. I’ve had to put a folded rug in between the washer and dryer to help keep the washer from moving on the spin cycle. When the washer is empty, you can push on any side of the tub and it will stay that way and not go back to level. Is there a broken spring or balance ring? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
