Machine seems to be working fine -cycling and heat and water - but detergent door is not opening and pellet detergent cubes are not being used. Dishes are, of course, not fully clean.
Your machine’s soap door is mechanical actuated by a wax motor I have seen a lot of times on this paticular machine is the spring comes unwound on the hinge pin and the door doesn’t have the snap to it make sure the spring is properly positioned on the lid also verify by removing inner panel the wax motor is goodand positioned properly on the mechanism
