The bottom two draws of the refrigerator side are frozen in spite of the setting being at about 4 and having the temperature on the upper part at about 5 to 10 degrees Centigrade.
The issue started all of a sudden. The freezer side seems to be working OK. Can you help?
The refrigerator side bottom two draws are getting fresh food (fruits, vegetables etc.) frozen. The upper portion is OK. Setting is at 4. The freezer setting is at 5 and working OK. Is the damper not working? is so how can I check that out?
Please, help.
