The door actually rides up and down on a cam set. When close it is on the down side of the cam and gravity holds it closed. Perhaps one of them is broken.

The freezer and fresh food doors are basically the same so you can use it to compare to the freezer door.

The door cam is Item 22 in Section 1.
The hinge cam is Item 22 in section 3.

I would also check the stop Item 13 in Section 1.
