Main Symptom: not cleaning fully and loud

Thanks for the video, if that is the sound it makes during the wash cycle, there is something rubbing against the impeller. You would need to remove it and clean it out, here is link to a video that may help. Thanks, I removed the pump and the impeller is in two pieces which I think is the problem. Please see photo. @DavidP_APP_Team

The piece on the right should be what is called the guide wheel of the pump housing and it is designed to be separate from the impeller as seen in this image. However, the impeller looks like it may have rubbed down on the bottom edge in the picture you provided. If this is the case, the impeller has probably become off center which will cause the issues you are experiencing.
