i got a shoe string caught between the bottom of the agatator and the drum and can not get it free. can somebody tell me how to get it out or how to get the agatator off? thanks
The agitator will pull off on this model, but it is sometimes hard and sometimes it lets go all at once and you smack yourself in the face, so be careful.
